Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth and sustainability in our concrete division. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical assistance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies focused on value-added and sustainable products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with designers, engineers, architects, and other key stakeholders associated with existing and potential clients.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability objectives, and competitor activity through ongoing market research.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Provide expert technical support to customers before, during, and after sales.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience in the concrete industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of concrete materials, applications, and processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
