Opportunity Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our Cost and Commercial Management Team. This role will involve leading the delivery of multiple commissions and supporting local teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of the Arcadis Cost and Commercial Management offering in a client-facing role.
  • Deliver sound commercial management and quantity surveying services, achieving company goals and championing a people-first culture.
  • Support proposal development, client briefs, and project execution plans while collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Lead commission delivery within risk, sustainability, and environmental considerations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying related areas (tertiary education preferred).
  • Consultancy experience in the buildings/property sector.
  • Minimum six years post-qualified experience in a similar role.
  • Professional accreditation and membership of RICS and/or AIQS (commitment to achieve accreditation if not completed).
  • Experience leading cost management services on various projects.
  • Sound commercial background, including familiarity with contractual conditions and procedures.
