Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at WT Partnership. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, architects, and main contractors to ensure accurate cost management and maximisation of value for our clients.
  • Identifying and facilitating new business opportunities to grow our client base.
  • Providing expert cost management services, including estimating, planning, and cost monitoring.
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports to ensure transparent cost management.
  • Exercising sound financial acumen to optimise cost management and value for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Full Australian working rights and current location in Australia.
  • RICS or AIQS accreditation will be highly regarded.
  • Proficient in the use of Cost X.
  • A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from conception to completion and post-project review.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for delivering excellence to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a team and control multiple projects/client commissions.
