As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering and leading the commercial action plan to maximize sales and generate sustained long-term profitability.
Key responsibilities include securing a high-performing team by agreeing clear goals, expectations, and conducting follow-up. You will work with your team and other functions to ensure locally relevant and consistent solutions throughout different sales channels.
Additionally, you will lead, inspire, and develop your team to understand the omnichannel customer shopping journey and their role in ensuring a seamless and positive end-to-end customer experience.
You will also monitor competition across the omnichannel spectrum and engage with matrix partners to determine course of action. Furthermore, you will drive the commercial calendar to secure the vitality and seasonality of the store and meet omnichannel direction.
Our team meets customers in stores, online, and beyond. We have knowledge of the product range, local markets, and customer needs. Together, we find new ways to make real connections with customers to maximize sales and profitability.
