The role of a Business Development Partner plays a pivotal part in driving commercial growth and expansion of the company's brand in Brisbane.

This position works closely with key partnerships, including dealer channels, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and other strategic alliances to educate key contacts on how to sell novated leases and execute digital strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking meetings with key contacts to provide product training, lead generation support, and novated leasing growth guidance
  • Establishing strong relationships with key partners to form long-term strategic alliances
  • Facilitating onsite education presentations and identifying opportunities for increased lead generation and novated leasing growth

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Highly developed account management and relationship-building experience in a sales education-focused environment
  • A proven track record in sales or education roles, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge and experience managing workflows and recording notes in databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as Teams video meeting experience
