As an Executive Lounge Ambassador at Marriott International, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is nothing short of unforgettable.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare the Executive Lounge for service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
* Greet guests upon arrival and bid farewell upon departure, making them feel valued and appreciated
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized environment, restocking and replenishing food and beverage items as needed
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners
* Ensure compliance with Marriott International's policies and procedures, including responsible service of alcohol
