Executive Lounge Host Job Description

At Pullman, we're committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. As an Executive Lounge Host, you'll play a pivotal role in providing personalized service to our VIP guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Greet and welcome VIP and Executive-level guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Provide Information and Assistance: Offer information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation to enhance our guests' stay.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring all items are fresh, stocked, and presented to the highest standard.
  • Guest Inquiries and Requests: Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.
  • Lounge Maintenance: Monitor lounge cleanliness and coordinate with the housekeeping staff to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Event Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of lounge events or special services.
  • Guest Feedback: Record and respond to guest feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process, and assist with administrative duties such as guest reservations, lounge inventory, and billing processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel or lounge setting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with high-profile guests and team members.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor; ability to handle guest requests and complaints with tact and courtesy.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, particularly in maintaining high service and presentation standards.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining calm and efficiency.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well with others, collaborate across departments, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by the needs of the lounge.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages, particularly those relevant to international guests, is a plus.
