Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Executive Lounge Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations: Warmly greet and bid farewell to guests, ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and communicate effectively with the kitchen and other departments.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Executive Lounge, including restocking and replenishing supplies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Certifications: New South Wales Responsible Service of Alcohol certification required.
