Administrative Support Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Hobart, Tasmania. As an integral part of our senior brokers' team, you will play a key role in servicing and growing client portfolios by providing exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and compile new business quotes and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders, meeting tight turnaround times
- Assist in overall account management and debtor management, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Gather relevant client information, identify key issues, and provide assistance to brokers
- E nsure 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and procedures
- Stay informed of industry trends through regular training sessions and seminars
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar administrative role or interest in the insurance industry
- Tier 1 qualification desirable or willingness to complete upon commencement with full support from the business
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a professional setting
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proactive approach, always ready to lend a helping hand
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using office software and technology to enhance efficiency
