Business Administration Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an administration trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in business administration, gain valuable work experience, and obtain a Certificate III Business qualification.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be employed by Work & Training for the duration of their training contract and hosted at Blue Gum Loans. They will work full-time hours with full entitlements, including four weeks of holidays per year.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to the team at Blue Gum Loans
- Liaising with clients and liaising with lenders to assist with loan submissions
- Coordinating social media and marketing activities
- Supporting client management and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the business
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong desire to learn and develop your skills in business administration
- An ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- An enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:
- A competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
