Human Resources Executive Role Overview
The Human Resources Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business success by delivering exceptional human resources services that meet or exceed the needs of employees.
This position involves assisting in carrying out daily activities of the Human Resource Office, including recruitment, total compensation, and training and development. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in interviewing and hiring HR team members with the appropriate skills.
- External Recruitment Sources: Establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources to identify top talent.
- Job Fairs and Outreach: Attend job fairs and document outreach efforts in accordance with HR Standard Operating Procedures.
- New Hire Orientation: Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasize the importance of guest service in company culture.
- Employee Communication: Maintain effective employee communication channels, including developing daily communications and participating in regularly scheduled property-wide meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 2 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related field. Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related major is also acceptable without prior work experience.
Additional Skills:
The Human Resources Executive should possess strong analytical skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong customer service skills.
