**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our staff and ensuring they have the resources and support they need to thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on various HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our teams.
- Manage employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, psychology, or a related field.
- Additional training or certification in recruitment practices, employment law or organizational behavior may also be beneficial.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar HR role particularly in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time position
- 38 hour week based in QLD, Australia
