St Vincent's Hospital in Lismore is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to lead all recruitment activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the People and Culture Manager, providing HR support to Executives, Managers, and over 600 employees.

  • This role involves strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • The specialist will also be responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance overall HR performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
  2. Employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  3. Performance management and development programs
  4. Compliance with employment laws and regulations
  5. HR data analysis and reporting
  6. Development of HR policies and procedures
