The role of a Case Manager is an ongoing, full-time position based in Warrnambool.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate factors related to individual offending behaviour
- Motivate and influence individuals in the case management process
- Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines
- Monitor individuals' compliance with order requirements
- Ability to apply case management practices to individuals with complex needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and documentation
- Eligibility to undergo pre-employment checks (police checks, reference checks, and other checks as required)
