Key Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate factors related to individual offending behaviour
- Motivate and influence individuals in the case management process
- Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines
- Monitor individuals' compliance with order requirements
- Demonstrates assertiveness and confidence in dealing with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours
- Builds positive working relationships and works well in a small, close-knit team
- Understanding of case management practices relating to complex individuals
- Models pro-social behaviours and motivates those around them
- Pays attention to words, expressions, and body language; recognises behaviours that promote an inclusive culture
Case Managers in the Court Practice stream apply evidence-based case management to reduce reoffending risk and engage individuals to provide targeted interventions. This role supports rehabilitation and public safety.
TravelPlease note some travel may be required across the South West region as part of this role.
Qualifications and Requirements- Ability to apply case management practices to individuals with complex needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and documentation
- Eligibility to undergo pre-employment checks (police checks, reference checks, and other checks as required)
