Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying evidence-based case management practices to individuals at medium or high risk of reoffending.
About the RoleThis is an ongoing, full-time position based in Warrnambool. Some travel may be required across the South West region as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Identify and evaluate factors related to individual offending behaviour, motivate and influence individuals in the case management process, produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines, monitor individuals' compliance with order requirements.
- Ability to apply case management practices to individuals with complex needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and documentation
- Eligibility to undergo pre-employment checks (police checks, reference checks, and other checks as required)
