Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the client services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve client goals, leading and managing client projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed successfully.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a creative agency setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong understanding of the creative process and ability to provide strategic direction.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
