Our company is seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of clients and guide them through the process of building their new home. As a Customer Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating with clients on a weekly basis to provide regular updates, managing all pre-site administration per client, coordinating and booking meetings with clients, ensuring that all client files are updated with appropriate notes/information, liaising with land developers for customer development approvals and land updates, liaising with banks/mortgage lenders for client finance approvals, maintaining a current working knowledge of our product and relevant promotions, and communicating and liaising with other departments around file progress as required.

The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience, preferably within the residential building industry or similar, experience in delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse range of both internal and external customers, an adaptable communication style which enables you to build rapport quickly and easily and enjoy a thriving, fast-paced environment, ability to work collaboratively within a tight-knit team, capacity to multi-task and have a flexible and adaptable approach to your work, and high attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and demonstrated planning/organisational and time management skills.
