Expert Storage Solutions Specialist Role:

As a leading figure in the development and implementation of complex products, applications, and solutions, you will be responsible for delivering technical support across multiple channels.   • Design bespoke storage infrastructure solutions to tackle customer-specific needs.
  • Effectively convey the benefits of our advanced storage solutions through presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.
  • Architect on-premise or hybrid storage systems while showcasing knowledge of NAS, SAN, and Object Storage technologies.
  • Develop comprehensive data management and infrastructure solutions catering to enterprise-level applications within cloud environments.
  • Provide in-depth insights into the storage and data management vendor ecosystem, drawing from prior experience with backup solutions.
  • Create detailed ROI/TCO overviews and highlight competitive advantages offered by our solution sets.
  • Collaborate closely with client executives and partner sales teams to strategize opportunities related to storage solutions.
  • Offer and apply expert technical knowledge regarding NetApp's storage products and solutions.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience and expertise in technical specifications for storage products and services.
  • Prior experience working with telecom customers/service providers is essential.
  • Experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or similar roles focusing on storage technologies.
  • Ability to operate as a Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) and influence sales teams, driving initiatives, and serving as a decision-maker on projects.
  • Experience or working knowledge with product offerings from EMC, HDS, HPE, IBM, VMware, or PureStorage.
  • Knowledge in Cloud, Storage, AI/ML, Database, Microservice, Enterprise Application, or DevOps is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Docker/Container & Kubernetes (K8S) platforms is desirable.
  • Understanding of hybrid multi-cloud technologies and AI Platform capabilities is also beneficial.
