About This Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Storage Solutions Expert. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional service, support, and guidance in storage solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by guiding customers through the storage process.
- Provide centre tours and walk-throughs to showcase facilities.
- Centre Operations:
- Maintain centre presentation, cleanliness, and operational duties.
- Action general administration tasks such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims.
- Results Focus:
- Achieve KPIs and targets to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure centre operations meet company expectations.

- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- You are customer-centric and sales-oriented, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
- You are proficient at using technology and multitasking between different systems.
