Expert Solutions Developer

Technical Support Role Overview

As an expert solutions developer, you will provide pre-sales technical support for complex products/applications/solutions. You will utilise your expertise to address customers' needs and deliver successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to sales staff and customers through presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Assess customer needs and prepare detailed specifications for product implementation.
  • Design and implement tailored storage technology solutions.
  • Convey the advantages of storage solutions through presentations, discussions and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to develop strategies for customer opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in technical specifications on storage products and services is essential.
  • Experience working with telecom customers/service providers is a must.
  • Prior experience in roles such as Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture on storage technologies is highly beneficial.
