Job Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Medical Booking Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with experience in medical or radiology bookings to make a tangible impact on patient care.

You will be based at one of two locations: central Rose Park Head Office or northern Salisbury clinic, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Support: Provide exceptional support to patients and referrers as their first point of contact.
  • Appointment Management: Accurately book and manage appointments for timely patient care.
  • Clear Communication: Offer clear information on arrival times, preparation steps, and costs to ensure patient preparedness.
  • Patient Records: Maintain accurate patient records for smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in busy phone-based service environments (contact centre, medical bookings, customer hub).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical or radiology bookings is highly regarded.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Multitasking Abilities: Demonstrate attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Pressure Handling: Exhibit a calm and caring manner under pressure.
  • Certifications: Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
