Medical Frontline Coordinator
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical coordinator to manage the frontline of our practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a professional demeanor in a busy medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional patient-focused service
- Assist the needs of staff, patients, and visitors
- Manage and prioritize incoming calls
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while juggling competing demands
- Manage the medical practice reception, including medical billing and booking of patient appointments/surgery as required

Requirements:
- 1 year experience in medical administration (preferred)
- 1 year experience in customer service (preferred)
