The Opportunity
  • Deliver warm and professional support to patients and referrers via phone.
  • Accurately book and manage appointments to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.
  • Provide clear information on arrival times, preparation steps, and costs to make patients feel confident and prepared.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in busy phone-based service environments, preferably in medical bookings or customer hub settings.
  • Knowledge of medical or radiology bookings is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities are essential.
  • A calm and caring manner, even under pressure, is crucial.
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) are necessary.
