The Position

We are seeking a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming patients, referrers, and visitors
  • Handling reception duties and appointment scheduling
  • Patient administration with efficiency and care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Able to work Monday to Friday with rotating shifts between 7:45am and 5:00pm
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused with a passion for patient care
  • Experience in a reception or customer service role, ideally in a medical setting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and stay organised
