We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers and partners receive outstanding service while also supporting our sales efforts and contributing to business growth.


About the Role

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support throughout their journey with our company. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
