We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to fill the role of Customer Service Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to residents in a stimulating and caring setting
  • Assist with meal preparation, presentation and distribution in the Food Services area
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleaning, including laundry management
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues through effective communication skills
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained using software systems
  • Comply with Aged Care regulations and resident rights and responsibilities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification certificates (preferred)
  • Experience in food services and housekeeping/cleaning environments
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of Aged Care principles and resident rights and responsibilities
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) is mandatory
