Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking friendly and approachable individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Ambassadors. As a seasonal casual employee, you will be responsible for creating positive experiences for our customers.
Your key duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
- Delivering information and solutions to enhance the customer experience
You will play a vital role in promoting and selling services that exceed our customers' expectations. Your flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, will ensure our customers receive excellent service throughout the year.
This is a temporary position from September to January/February, with shifts based on business needs. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we encourage you to apply.
What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even during peak periods.
