Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead key components of our People Strategy Action Plan. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, advising on contemporary organisational culture and development approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building an empowered, capable, and high-achieving workforce through effective leadership and strategic planning.
- Developing inspiring leaders who embrace challenges and champion change by fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Implementing organisational cultural programs that promote diversity, values, and goals, and enhancing employee experience and engagement.
- Providing guidance and support to employees at all levels to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in planning, designing, and delivering organisational cultural projects with a proven track record of success.
- Advanced written communication and report writing skills, including the ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, lead, and collaborate on complex issues, with excellent project management skills.
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields with relevant experience in organisational development.
