Senior Organisational Development Specialist

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead key components of our People Strategy Action Plan. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, advising on contemporary organisational culture and development approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building an empowered, capable, and high-achieving workforce through effective leadership and strategic planning.

  • Providing guidance and support to employees at all levels to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in planning, designing, and delivering organisational cultural projects with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced written communication and report writing skills, including the ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence, lead, and collaborate on complex issues, with excellent project management skills.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields with relevant experience in organisational development.
