Organisational Transformation Lead

A senior-level role is available for an Organisational Transformation Lead to drive workforce strategy and organisation design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop impactful solutions that meet client needs.

The Opportunity:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client projects by defining and achieving strategic objectives with EY colleagues and clients.
  • Support clients by analysing data, generating insights, and guiding problem-solving exercises.
  • Identify and support business development opportunities aligned with organisational transformation goals.
