Job Description

As a Manager in our Talent and Organisation practice, you will lead teams driving complex workforce and HR transformations. You will help clients solve pressing people and change challenges, shaping future-ready organisations built for adaptability, agility, and sustainable growth.

Leading the design and delivery of talent, workforce, and organisational strategies enables business transformation. Building trusted client relationships and operating as a strategic advisor across people, culture, and change programmes is key to success.

Identifying and shaping future skill and capability needs across industries and workforce segments drives innovation. Managing and mentoring high-performing consulting teams, driving outcomes and growing talent, is essential to our organisation's growth.

Delivering strategic workforce planning and operating model design informed by data and technology enhances our capabilities. Overseeing change management and HR transformation engagements from end to end ensures seamless execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with at least 1 year in a consulting firm
  • Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex projects in one or more of the following areas:
    • Organisational Change Management
    • HR Transformation/Digital HR
    • Operating Model and Organisation Design and Talent and Workforce Strategy
  • Strong experience managing client relationships and teams
  • Ability to inspire, influence, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive mindset and passion for helping clients and teams thrive in a world of change
