Job Role:

The role of Transformation Coordinator plays a pivotal part in orchestrating organisational change and ensuring seamless transitions. Primary responsibilities include conceptualising and implementing transformation strategies, guiding senior leaders and executives, establishing and supporting network teams, fostering active stakeholder engagement, and monitoring the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.

  • Develop and Execute Transformation Strategies: Aligning with industry standards, addressing the human aspect of transformations, including conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programmes, and resistance management strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Guide Senior Leaders and Executives: Assist them in fulfilling their critical role as transformation sponsors and support people leaders as they guide their teams through change.
  • Create and Support Network Teams: Help integrate transformation activities within team areas, promoting a culture of agility and innovation.
  • Drive Active Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organisation.
  • Monitor and Evaluate the Effectiveness of Transformation Initiatives: Implement data-driven approaches to track the value and success of transformation initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Embody Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of transformation practices.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading transformation in dynamic environments, along with knowledge of traditional and modern transformation practices, methodologies, and tools. Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic planning is also essential.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills.
