In this role, you will develop a solid understanding of customer-facing system capabilities, customers', and vendors' supply chain systems. You will use your extensive industry knowledge to assist in the development of technology solutions, plan implementation, and monitor milestones for on-time product delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Solid understanding of customer-facing system capabilities
  • Developing an understanding of customers' and vendors' supply chain systems
  • Using industry expertise to develop technology solutions and ensure successful implementation
  • Providing onsite training for clients and vendors
  • Liaising with internal and external networks regarding IT matters

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Extensive Cargowise 1 knowledge is essential
  • Solid freight forwarding industry experience (both import and export) is required
  • Ability to learn and translate system capabilities and technology solutions
  • Capacity to develop and maintain strong business relationships
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Current driver's license and own transport are necessary

This is a competitive role offering an estimated annual salary of AUD $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and location. The position offers opportunities for growth, professional development, and collaboration with a talented team in the logistics industry.
