Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our key customer relationships.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong partnerships with customers to understand their needs and expectations
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive profitable growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Managing account strategy, including contract renewals and negotiations
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to achieve competitive edge
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements

You will have a proven track record of performance in logistics or 3PL environments, experience in account management ideally within the technology sector, and intermediate to advanced MS Office skills. You will also possess the ability to negotiate partner agreements at senior management level and have P & L experience.
