The Ideal Candidate:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in IT account management and sales, ideally in SaaS.">
- A proven track record of growing existing customer accounts through relationship management and proactive selling.">
- Comfortable getting to and engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.">
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial thinking about how customers can benefit from expanding their use of our platform.">
- A team player who works well with internal teams to drive customer success.">
- Great communication and presentation skills.">
