Key Account Manager Role

As a key account manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our key customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in account management, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the interface between assigned accounts and our organisation.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIOR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES TO ADVANCE OUR BUSINESS GOALS.
  • Create opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing customer relationships.
  • Align specific proposals and offerings to company objectives by working with internal stakeholders.
  • Own the business objectives for account strategies, including financial targets and compliance metrics.
  • Define opportunities and initiatives to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and business updates to senior stakeholders within our organisation and the customer's organisation.

This role requires travel expectations of 30-50% across Australia.

Requirements:
  • A formal tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management or a similar role.
  • A track record of successful performance in a high-performance environment.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial skills.
  • Experience in working in a global and matrix organisation with a decentralised model.
  • Results-oriented and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of integrity and professional standards.
