Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in CRM strategy, execution, and optimization, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns and initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing CRM strategies across multiple channels, maintaining and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, identifying and creating customer segments for cross-channel campaigns, and analyzing customer behavior to inform data-driven decision-making.

  • Maintain and optimize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to ensure seamless customer interactions and maximum ROI.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies across Email, SMS, Social, Web, and Push Notifications to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Identify and create customer segments for cross-channel campaigns to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Analyze customer behavior to inform data-driven decision-making and optimize customer journeys and programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A related degree or at least 5 years of CRM management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience building and optimizing EDM, SMS, and web/push strategies, including implementation of these streams.
  • Experience training other employees on how to execute EDMs, SMS, web, and app push.
  • Experience in setting up CRM/Lifecycle programs from scratch is essential.
  • Experience in rolling out new loyalty programs.
  • Well-versed in using Google Analytics is desirable.
