Senior Governance Manager Job

The role of Senior Governance Manager is to oversee the management of governance activities, including corporate governance, appointments, and portfolio reporting.

This involves developing and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders, as well as coordinating high-quality briefings and correspondence for the executive.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of public sector governance and be able to demonstrate experience in undertaking coordination activities, secretariat services, and data analysis.

They will also possess strong leadership, management, and development skills, as well as sound organisational/time management skills with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement governance strategies and plans
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate high-quality briefings and correspondence for the executive
  • Oversee the management of corporate governance activities

Requirements:
