Job Overview

This role entails working as a senior consultant within the governance, risk and compliance team. The position involves leveraging internal audit, financial and risk management expertise to advise clients on strengthening their internal controls and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with client teams to assess governance frameworks across various sectors and business areas.
  • Deliver programs of work to evaluate and improve or provide assurance over frameworks, processes, risks and controls.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support reporting on engagement outcomes, including delivery of assurance or consulting reports.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing professional development opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities for future business.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audit, governance, control and risk advisory insights or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of key business processes, risks and controls.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop rapport and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Keen problem solver, critical thinker, and strong focus on quality.
