We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Contour Education in Melbourne CBD.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and manage invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness, addressing any necessary adjustments promptly.
  • Communicate with students and parents regarding overdue invoices through phone calls, emails, and texts, maintaining our commitment to friendly and respectful interactions.
  • Track enrolment forms and follow up on incomplete submissions to ensure all student records are up to date.
  • Keep student and parent records accurate and current in our CRM, supporting seamless enrolment and billing processes.
  • Address and resolve enrolment and billing-related tickets from the Sales and Customer Service teams efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members.
  • Organisation & Detail-Orientation: Ability to maintain accurate records and stay on top of multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Proactivity & Independence: Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over your responsibilities.
  • Customer Service Skills: A friendly and patient approach, even when addressing overdue accounts or resolving issues.
