About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to support our Assistant Group Treasurer. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing group cash sweep, including associated journals and bank transfers, to ensure accurate and timely completion.
  • Timely management of treasury-related invoices and maintaining corporate calendars outlining upcoming compliance and general corporate events.
  • Assisting in the creation of investor materials and processing ICM agreements in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining the Treasury Settlement inbox and preparing treasury reporting in a timely fashion.
  • Actively managing group bank guarantees, including preparing and arranging bank guarantees required across the business.
  • Transactional banking: managing day-to-day group-wide transactional banking needs, liaising with client managers to achieve the best outcome for internal stakeholders, and maintaining bank accounts and signatory details.
  • Supporting projects across the group involving the Treasury team and assisting with any other work required.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A broad understanding and knowledge of MS Office Suite of Products.
  • Strong attention to detail and good stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment and adapt to change and innovation.
  • Sound communication skills and the ability to communicate and resolve problems effectively.
  • A self-starter mindset, able to achieve results within time constraints and conflicting priorities.

About You:
