Job Summary

As a Client Relationship Manager with Insignia Financial, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional support, and ensuring seamless implementation of financial advice. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients, providing proactive support and guidance
  • Develop and maintain long-term rapport with aligned clients
  • Assist Private Wealth Advisers and the Head Client Relationship Manager with key projects
  • Perform administration functions, including XPLAN data management and client report preparation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing client correspondence
  • Adhere to internal client and advice procedures

Requirements
  • Ability to develop and maintain personable client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
