Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hotel Accountant to support and assist the Financial Controller in overseeing critical financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and hospitality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete month-end and year-end closing journals and compile financial reports for management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements and all related financial reports.
  • Prepare quarterly GST submission and manage corporate tax compilation and submission.
  • Supervise the finance team, recruit and develop staff, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and deliver staff training and manage team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance (minimum required).
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within hospitality/finance.
