The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused professional to join our team in a permanent capacity. This role is central to maintaining and growing our employer and member base, with a focus on managing key accounts and contributing to the fund's strategic growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of employer and member accounts through proactive engagement and service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, attending industry events and client functions as required.
  • Execute formalised client engagement strategies and member service initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding of new business and ensure seamless transitions for large employers.
  • Deliver education programs and promote campaigns across your portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide insights and reporting on service levels, engagement outcomes, and portfolio performance.
About You
  • Proven experience in account management, client engagement, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of superannuation, industrial relations, and financial products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or diploma in financial services.
