Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, audits and reporting for a business unit
  • Mentor and develop a team of accountants and finance officers
  • Drive system improvements and automation for greater efficiency
  • Partner with leaders to inform and guide financial decisions
  • Uphold values that prioritise community, accountability, and sustainable outcomes

Key Skills

  • 3+ years post-qualification accounting experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (Dynamics 365 advantageous)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commitment to linking finance with purpose-driven performance
  • CA or CPA qualification (highly regarded)
  • Experience in not-for-profit or profit-for-purpose organisations (advantageous)
