Job Title: Inbound Phone Sales Representative

Job Overview:

This role involves handling inbound sales enquiries from potential customers who are interested in purchasing our products. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, address any questions or concerns, and ensure a seamless sales experience.

  • Respond to incoming sales calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns
  • Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong passion for sales and customer service
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Work Arrangements:

This role requires working three days a week in our office and two days a week from home. You must be comfortable with spending significant time on the phone and have a high level of energy to excel in this position.
