Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in the hiring lifecycle, supporting the recruitment team and ensuring seamless execution of staffing processes and candidate engagement.

This role is crucial in maintaining momentum across sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding activities while also supporting hiring managers and candidates through each stage of the recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports with posting open roles on job boards as requested.
  • Performs initial phone screening and scheduling of interviews.
  • Assists with the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts.
  • Manages candidate onboarding process including contract execution, background screenings, and creating employee profiles.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years related work experience; ideally within a Human Resources or Recruitment team.
  • Previous experience with Workday would be advantageous.
