Role Overview
Join our Mercy Health Home Care Team as a Staffing Support Officer.
You will support Regional Managers in workforce planning and recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff across homecare services, ensuring a strong talent pool and workforce sustainability.
This role involves using a Talent Management System to build and maintain a community of skilled professionals, streamlining recruitment, and enhancing retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in workforce planning and recruitment processes
Manage talent pipelines proactively
Utilize Talent Management Systems for candidate tracking and planning
Collaborate with managers and external partners to ensure staffing needs are met
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in workforce coordination and management
Experience managing talent pipelines
Proficiency with Talent Management Systems or HR technology
Requirements
Evidence of or in the process of obtaining NDIS Worker Screening check
Current driver's license
