We are a leader in multi-residential living construction planning, with a strong focus on project management and quality workmanship. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead trades and contractors to deliver high-quality residential builds safely, efficiently, and within contractual timeframes.

Job Description
  • Manage the program for flow of construction for a lifestyle retirement village based in Hervey Bay
  • Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved drawings
  • Inspect completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship

You will be responsible for ensuring that construction is carried out safely and in accordance with company processes and systems. This includes managing a safety-first approach on site with up to 100 contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management
  • Experience within Multi-residential living construction planning
  • Strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers to complete homes expediently.
