Job Overview

Our company is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Scheduler/Estimator. This exciting opportunity offers a chance for growth and expansion within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate Quantities: Take accurate quantity take-offs from construction plans to inform project timelines and budgets.
  • Schedule Tasks: Coordinate tasks and sub-contractors based on project schedules, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruptions.
  • Procure Materials: Create purchase orders using quotation templates, ensuring seamless procurement processes.
  • Manage Claims: Prepare progress claim schedules, facilitating efficient payment processing and minimizing delays.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Liaise with subcontractors, building supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of the Perth construction industry, and be able to read and understand construction plans. Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
